Illegally and in illicit manner of using the HEXOL trademark in Pakistan
Dear Friends and Partners of HEXOL,
It has come to our attention that a company in Pakistan is fraudulently, illegally and in an illicit manner using the HEXOL trademark. They have misappropriated our trade name, trademark, brand name, logos and brand identity.
We ask you to stand in solidarity with HEXOL by cutting all ties and associations with the following duplicitous company that goes by the name “HEXOL Lubricant Private Limited”. Please beware that the following website: www.hexol.pk – is not authorized by HEXOL and is in violation of our trademark. Also, beware of the following Pakistani lubricant manufacturer claiming to be their packager and supplier: Techno Lube International.
The people we have found associated with these two company names are: Abdullah Malik, Malik Asad Ali, Muhammad Nadeem.
In this industry/In the lubricant marketplace, we are all very aware of the plague caused by the counterfeiting of lubricants and infringement of trademarks for the gain of counterfeiters. It is in our common interest to uphold the ethics and business practices we all consider fair by boycotting any such companies.
We would highly appreciate your help and support by sharing this message with other common HEXOL partners so that this type of practices is avoided at all costs.
