A strategic investment of over €1.5 million powers HEXOL’s new state-of-the-art digital blending plant! HEXOL® proudly announces a major milestone in its growth journey with the completion of a modern, fully digitalized blending plant. Representing an investment of more than €1.5 million, this strategic project enhances production, storage, and packaging capabilities to meet increasing global demand and ensure the highest quality standards. The facility, finalized in 2024, spans 10,000 sqm of land, with over 3,000 sqm of built space. The new plant significantly expands production capacity—from 11,000 MT/year to a projected 80,000 MT/year—and boosts packaging output to 50,000 MT/year across five advanced lines. Equipped with next-generation technology, automation software, and premium blenders, the facility is also home to a dedicated in-house laboratory. Outfitted with cutting-edge instruments from Canon, Anton Paar, Talassi, Tanaka, Koehler, Herschel, and more, the lab enhances HEXOL’s R&D capabilities and quality control. This investment positions HEXOL® to strengthen its presence in over 20 international markets and pursue an aggressive growth strategy across new regions.
